arghh, where does the time go?

Ok, this time I had a hard time finding the time to write!В I've been trying to get things done now that Aly is at home.В Appointments, yard work, back to school shopping, planning for the birthday boys.В So much to do and little time to do it!

Aly is doing wonderfully.В Yesterday I got her out and about for a while.В We went to do a little back to school shopping for school supplies.В She is looking forward to it, although I don't know how much of the back to school part will take place.В We will be heading to Florida for the radiation treatment.В My guess and hope is that we will be getting ready in the next few weeks.В I can only hope they give us some notice.В I'm afraid that we will end up scrambling at the last minute to make travel arrangements and find a place to live down there.В As well as figuring out what to do about school!В Oh, too much to think about!

We have an appointment on Monday with the neurosurgeon's office so that Aly can get the stitches out.В She has been feeling pretty good.В She is slowly getting her energy back.В There are times when she feels tired and I know it frustrates her because she wants so much to feel normal and do normal activities.В Please continue to pray for her health and for her eyesight to come back.В Right now she said she feels like she is looking through tubes.В She can only see in front of her.В She has no peripheral vision.В I had to tell her to stop before entering a crosswalk yesterday, as she did not see a car coming.В She is hesitant when we are out and wants to hold a hand to a*sist in walking.В I hate the thought of her having to live with that after the drastic improvement she had during chemo.
