If you don’t read on past this link, that’s fine. Please go to my good friend Tiffany’s blog, and leave some love. Her uncle is in the hospital, and they need all the love/prayers/thoughts they can get.Thanks.

The day was pretty gung-ho.I spent the morning knocking out some work; in addition to watching Beauty and the Beast [Silly’s idea] and doing some yoga. Before going to a meeting, I whipped up dinner, but of course not before running.

I had a hard time lacing up for this run, which surprised me.My thought process was «Man.I just did 15 miles. Why bother with a measly 4??» But I then turned it into a fartlek run, and made it pretty challenging, even with having the stroller.I look forward to using Garmin’s Smart Coach application for a future run; I had a lot of fun with it but definitely felt it afterwards.

Today, I ran four miles for these fallen military members
